Both League of Legends champs are great champions. Both champs have their strengths, weaknesses, and counters. In League's current meta, Lux usually loses when taking on Fiora, with a 48.0% win rate. As a result, Lux makes a poor counter to Fiora.
While Lux does have a lower winrate than Fiora, when they face off with one another, Lux also has a greater difficulty level that makes her a more difficult champion to pick up and master. You may get destroyed when picking Lux into Fiora.
