By locking into the same side as Shaco, he drops their win rate by -0.2% to 49.2%. This shows that there is not really a strong bond between Shaco and Skarner that results in them performing worse together than alone.
Skarner has a much lower diffuclty than Shaco. That means you don't need to be careful when arranging Skarner comrades to fight alongside, as they will need a much lower level of skill to be able to cooperate well with you.
