This clearly indicates that there is not really a strong bond between Sylas and Malphite that allows them to perform not as well together than without each other.
Malphite has a much lower diffuclty than Sylas. That means Sylas players don't need to be careful when arranging Malphite teammates to fight alongside, as they will have to have a much lower level of skill to cooperate well with you.
