By locking into the same team as Энни, they raises their win rate by 0.9% to 50.2%. This clearly indicates that there is only a small synergy between Энни and Акшан that allows them to perform better together than alone.
Акшан has a much lower diffuclty than Энни. That means you don't need to be very careful when finding Акшан comrades to play with, as they will require a much lower level of skill to be able to do well with you.
When playing cooperatively, Энни players should expect to witness an overall large increase in your team’s capacity to provide utility and CC for your side. When paired, these two should be able to manipulate the pace of team fights.
