Overall, Kayn sees a very large drop in his KDA (ratio of kills and assists to deaths) when paired with Zed. His KDA went down from NaN to NaN. This negative change shows that Zed helps Kayn perform worse in competitive League of Legends rounds. Yet, the small difference shows that this performance change is only marginal.
When Kayn tries to synergize with Zed, he sees a barely noticable drop in his total damage output. By playing on the same side as Kayn, he decreases their win rate by -3.3% to 45.9%. This shows that there is a terrible synergy between Kayn and Zed that results in them performing not as well together than without each other.
Zed has a lower difficulty than Kayn. That means Kayn players don't need to be careful when enlisting Zed comrades to go into battle on the same side as, as they will need a relatively low level of skill to fight well with you.
