Overall, Nasus sees a very large drop in his KDA (ratio of kills and assists to deaths) when paired with Shen. His KDA fell from NaN to NaN. This worsening shows that Shen helps Nasus perform worse in competitive League of Legends games. Yet, the small difference shows that this performance change is not very impactful.
When Nasus is an ally to Shen, he sees a marginal improvement in his complete damage output.
