The top champs outside of lane to counter Zoe include Xayah, Kai'Sa, and Aphelios. These champs are all good at countering Zoe with high win rates over 60%. Even if these Zoe counter picks are not played in your lane, it's not a good idea to choose her into any of these matchups. They will most often destroy Zoe.

Yet, if the other team picks either Teemo or Poppy, Zoe mains should seriously think about taking her, as she easily crushes these selections with win rates over 50% against both ofthem.
