Both League champs are great. Both champs have their strengths, weaknesses, and counters. In League's current meta, Braum usually wins when playing against Vex, with a 54.2% win rate. As a result, Braum makes a great counter for Vex.
While Braum does have a much higher win rate compared to Vex, when on opposite teams, Braum also has a much greater learning curve that makes him a more challenging character to pick up and master. You don't need to be too worried when picking Braum into Vex.
