Akshan has a much lower diffuclty than Rammus. That means Rammus players don't need to be cautious when arranging Akshan teammates to go into battle on the same side as, as they will require a much lower level of skill to do well with you.
When playing on the same side, Rammus players should witness an overall large increase in your team’s capacity to buff allies and debuff enemies. Together, these two will help their other teammates secure a victory.
Although, by grouping Rammus and Akshan together, you probably will not be providing your side a lot of sustained damage output. Plan to pick other champions on your team that nullifies this disparity in their potential.
Regardless of the skill of your Akshan ally, you need to focus on increasing your gold income, warding to avoid ambushes, and taking down objectives. If you do this, you will do well anyway.
