Additionally, Rammus has a powerful and long duration taunt. Not only can he taunt enemies, but he can also reflect damage back to his target with each hit. This reflected damage scales with armor, so add extra armor into your Rammus build to maximize the effect. Rammus' greatest weakness is that it's relatively easy to hide or dodge his Powerball. If Rammus misses, he'll need to reset, assuming he lives to do so.
