This clearly indicates that there is a very strong strategic relationship between Brand and Bard that allows them to perform better together than alone.
Bard has a much greater difficulty compared to Brand. That means you should be very careful when arranging Bard allies to go into battle on the same side as, as they will have to have a much higher level of skill to be able to do well with you.
